Sterling Wolfe Property Care is able to assist with many personal services in addition to home watch. We are available at an hourly rate to help accomplish solutions. Example of services include:
Vendor (or guest) Key-in Services: Need someone to meet the repairman for routine services or repairs? Or if you have a guest staying in the home and need to provide assistance for their arrival, we will provide access and ensure the home is locked when the job is completed or the guest completes their stay.
Deliveries: You can schedule to have Sterling Wolfe Property Care at your residences to receive large packages and/or deliveries. If you order furniture or appliances we can oversee the delivery and/or installation of items. Make sure items are installed correctly and professionally as you ordered.
Car Drives: Have a vehicle stored in the garage that does not get used often? As with your home the longer a vehicle is not driven the more mechanical problems can occur. Most vehicle manufacturers require their cars to be driven periodically to decrease costly maintenance issues. We offer monthly car drives of 10-20 minutes to ensure proper automotive care. We always recommend speaking with your mechanic to get the right directions for proper maintenance of your particular vehicle.
Personal Shopping: Been away from the home for a while and need certain essentials in your home for when you return? With advanced notice we can arrange for pick-up and delivery of those items so they are ready for you in your home upon your return.
Emergency Visits – Less than 24 hour notice:
Outside of normal visits and/or business hours. Whether a neighbor alerts you to a situation, you caught something unusual on camera, or need the home checked on before or after a weather event or natural disaster.
Alarm Call Out Response:
When your home alarm has been set off and you need someone to meet with the alarm company or emergency responders.
