Aging Safely In Place

Your Trusted Professional Home Watch Service

Assuring Your Family with Trusted Professional Property Care Services

Too often you hear stories of how seniors were taken advantage of when trying to make home repairs.  This can lead to distrust, and, in turn, cause significant future repair costs and deferred maintenance of the home.  Our goal is to help your senior live longer in the home they love and make sure only repairs take place that are necessary and accommodating to their needs.

That’s where Sterling Wolfe Property Care comes in; offering a variety of services specialized in property care for the elderly.   As a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) with the National Home Builders Association our services will always start with a home safety assessment where we identify health and safety issues and provide recommendations for home modifications that can reduce the potential for injuries within the home.

Aging-in-Place Home Renovations – Project Management

Whether you have an immediate need due to a recent disability or you are planning for future home designs, our Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist will provide the consulting and oversight necessary for the home modifications that are right for you. We will propose responsive design solutions to assist in any situation where modifications are necessary.  As your design consultant and project manager, we will assist in finding the right products and the right professionals to get the job done.

Weekly to Monthly Visits

Choose a plan that fits your needs.  Whether it’s once a month or once a week, we will establish a routine visit based on the client’s needs.  This visit will be a visual check of the home with a customized checklist.  This is a great way to prevent deferred maintenance and retain your property values by ensuring that your home is being cared for and repairs take place when needed.   After each visit, we will send you a home health report detailing any findings or changes that need attention.

Senior Concierge Services:
  • Home Maintenance Advocacy and Assistance

As part of our Senior Concierge Services we can help with facilitating home repairs to ensure the work is done with quality and at a fair price.  We can meet with vendors to discuss the scope of work, obtain bids, allow access when needed, and oversee small to big projects. With our years of experience in property management, we will provide ease of mind knowing that the jobs are getting done right.  We have a vast list of trusted vendors, but can seek out and find additional qualified repair persons to meet any of our client’s needs.

  • Bill Pay

It can cause great stress missing those important bills.  Let us take the worry away and provide bill paying options so all your bills are on time and taken care of.  The bill pay option is available for monthly or annually recurring bills where clients will establish an automatic transfer of funds to cover bill amounts.  A full accounting of funds will be provided to the client each month.

  • Life Assistance

Let us help find local services that are available within the community to support your lifestyle needs.  Whether it is with transportation, senior activities, or social services we can help our clients remain active in their golden years.

  • Emergency Services

In the event that an emergency health situation occurs, we can make arrangements to be with your loved one at the hospital and relay information until family can arrive.  Make those unsettling times less stressful by having someone you trust by their side to provide additional support.
